Nine Attributes of a Man by Vince Miller (Men’s Class)
Teacher: Mark Phanco
Room W202
Jan. 20–April 14

In a world where everyone is attempting to define manhood, why not look to God who designed men? God’s definition of real manhood is found in the ultimate man, Jesus Christ. Gather with other men for a new study titled Nine Attributes of a Man. These attributes will empower you to become the man God wants you to be.

Get Out of Your Head by Jennie Allen (Women’s Class)
Teacher: Anslie Dysart
Room W207
Jan. 20–Feb. 24

In Get Out of Your Head, Jennie inspires and equips us to transform our emotions, our outlook, and even our circumstances by taking control of our thoughts. Our Enemy is determined to get in our heads to make us feel helpless, overwhelmed and incapable of making a difference for the kingdom of God. But when we submit our minds to Christ, the promises and goodness of God flood our lives in remarkable ways. (Workbook is available for purchase in the Prestonwood Bookstore.)

The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel
Jan. 20–Feb. 24
Teacher: Joel Moore
Room W206

Skeptics dismiss the Jesus of the Gospels by claiming there is no evidence in the case for Christ. Lee Strobel disagrees. The former legal journalist and one-time atheist knows to ask tough questions. His own search for truth about Jesus led him to faith in Christ. (Workbook is available for purchase in the Prestonwood Bookstore.)

Genesis
Teacher: Tom Davenport
Room B231–232
Jan. 20–April 21

On its own, the book of Genesis reads like a string of epic stories: a semi-tragic saga of a world that just keeps going wrong, despite its Creator’s intentions. However, the storyline of Genesis foreshadows and connects to the Good News about Jesus, and offers penetrating exegetical insights for those of us seeking to better understand God’s plan to bring blessing to all nations.
